Rang Kaarwaan is a women-led theatre and arts-based organization that creates collaborative and exploratory spaces for community members to learn about self and determine community solutions.
Using the pedagogy of the Theatre of the Oppressed (T.O.) We begin our work in each community with the needs and voices of children and women who are traditionally excluded from decision-making spaces.
Rang Kaarwaan is registered as a Section 8 Company under the Companies Act, 2013.
We have 12A, 80G and CSR 1 certifications.
What's New?
Girl -Centered Incubator
We are a part of 'Girl-Centered Incubator' by She's The First.
It is a USA based organisation working primarily in Africa and southeast asian countries. STF’s work revolves around using a rights-based approach to empower and educate girls globally. They believe in giving voice to the girls to talk about their own rights. They do so by building coalitions with community-based organisations (by either partnering or fellowship) and advancing girl-led advocacy.
We are a part of 'GP BIRLA FELLOWSHIP FOR WOMEN LEADERS'
The G P Birla Fellowship aims to steer young women leaders on a journey in leadership by opening their minds to a rich and diverse set of learning experiences and move from thought to action and from success to significance. Inspired to be leaders and change-makers of tomorrow and significantly transform the course of their organizations, communities and cities.
