Rang Kaarwaan is a women-led theatre and arts-based organization that creates collaborative and exploratory spaces for community members to learn about self and determine community solutions.
Using the pedagogy of the Theatre of the Oppressed (T.O.) We begin our work in each community with the needs and voices of children and women who are traditionally excluded from decision-making spaces.
Rang Kaarwaan is registered as a Section 8 Company under the Companies Act, 2013.
We have 12A and 80G certifications.
Girl -Centered Incubator
We are a part of 'Girl-Centered Incubator' by She's The First.
It is a USA based organisation working primarily in Africa and southeast asian countries. STF’s work revolves around using a rights-based approach to empower and educate girls globally. They believe in giving voice to the girls to talk about their own rights. They do so by building coalitions with community-based organisations (by either partnering or fellowship) and advancing girl-led advocacy.
We are a part of 'Young Woman Leadership Fellowship'
Creating better leaders
The Red Door (TRD) – CREA Fellowship Program is designed to nurture young women leaders who are keen on driving positive change in the areas of disability, mental health, gender and sexuality.
